To celebrate Frieze, Hoi Polloi has collaborated with Celia Hempton to curate a bespoke cocktail menu, which hopes to capture the spirit and and energy brought to London by the annual art fair.
Celia has drawn inspiration from peers to create a list of colourful drinks which reflect the vibrant personalities of those around her.

The blue fade drink. Served straight up into a coupe glass with cherry herring and blue curacao layered at the bottom and garnished with a floating edible flower

Jammy twist on a margarita , served straight up into a coupe.

A smoky twist on a bloody mary, served in a tall glass over ice and garnished with lemon and rosemary.

A twist on classic old fashioned with chocolate and orange notes. served over ice in a rock glass and garnished with two big cherries
