Catch leading pastry chefs, chocolatiers and chefs such as Paul A Young, The Galvin Brothers, Edd Kimber and many more hosting demos live on stage. They'll be tastings and talks from chocolate experts, workshops with York Cocoa House and children's activities from Charlie & The Chocolate Factory The Musical, who are also bringing their Great Glass Elevator along.
As ever, one of the highlights of the event is the fashion show where models strut a catwalk in some truly incredible outfits made out of chocolate!
