Vivo Restaurant & Bar, the newest addition to Islington's 'Supper Street' is ready for their first summer with a brand spanking new roof terrace.
While they only opened in October 2013, Vivo has quickly become one of the most popular spots on Upper Street for their straight-out-of-Sorrento decor, ridiculously good desserts and summery Italian cocktails. They're now poised to get even busier with the opening of their new roof terrace.
With olive trees, fairy lights and contemporary wooden tables, the terrace continues the summery Italian vibe of Vivo without becoming a Pizzeria parody. Come up here for lunch (we recommend the homemade foccacia with proscuitto, and the pesto pasta with mozzarella), or pop in after work for a glass (or bottle) of house Prosecco.
What's more, the roof terrace even has a covering and heat lamps for those classic 'English summer days', so even bad weather won't ruin your visit!
