Pop down to the posh Rosewood Hotel for the ultimate G&T at Bombay Sapphire's summer pop-up terrace.
Summer terrace pop-ups are a dime a dozen, but now and again a truly special one emerges. Hidden from the hustle and bustle of Holborn on the courtyard of the Rosewood Hotel, Bombay Sapphire have opened a six-week summer terrace inspired by British Raj style and the selection of botanicals that go into their gin.
Along with an 'Ultimate Gin & Tonic', UK brand ambassador and mixologist Sean Ware has created 10 new cocktails based on these exotic botanicals , including a delicious ginger-heavy 'Mediterrainan G&T' and a plum-and-liquorice 'Chinese G&T'. The drinks aren't cheap, but Sean is also on hand on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons for free mixology masterclasses so you can get the most out of your visit.
While there are no gin-based nibbles unfortunately, food is available from the Holborn Dining Rooms menu (located adjacent to the terrace) if you need to line your stomach after a few drinks. The terrace is open daily from 12pm until late, so sit back, relax, and pretend you're an extra in
