The Juice Well, Soho - New Opening

Josie Price |

Keen on cold-pressed detox juices or freshly whizzed energising super-food smoothies? You'll be pleased to hear there's a top notch new juice bar in town called The Juice Well and it's making a name for itself.

Whether you're a health conscious and committed "juicer" or an "I had a bit too much to drink last night and need to even this whole thing out" kind of person, The Juice Well will make you feel welcome. They don't preach, they're not self-righteous, they just want to offer people goodness because the founders both have stories of how juicing worked for them - in radical ways. They go as far as to say juice saved their lives. The Juice Well founding duo is made up of Joe Cross, (author of Reboot with Joe's Juice Diet and producer of the film Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead) and Will Ricker, a successful restauranteur, who boasts popular Soho haunt La Bodega Negra in his portfolio. Joe and Will were helped in their juice venture by author and food health expert, Elizabeth Peyton-Jones, who worked with them to create recipes and design the menu. The very ‘zen' shop has fridges full of juices of beautiful colours, each bottle containing a combination of cold-pressed (to maximize those nutrients) fruits and veggies, all with different health benefits. One kilo of raw organic fruit and veg, to be exact. They also offer day-detox packages, superfood shots, milks, tonics, smoothies made to order and a small range of healthy but delicious snacks – think raw chocolate brownies and sweet roasted nuts. Open Monday to Friday 8.30am – 8pm and at the weekends too, there's just no excuse to miss out on your health fix and dose up on Nature's rocket fuel. 4 Peter Street Soho London W1F 0DN www.thejuicewell.hk @TheJuiceWellLDN
