Barsmith is the brainchild of Ben Avigdori and Lawrence Santi, the duo behind The Marylebone Leisure Group which is becoming famous for its pubs & bars serving kick-arse infusion cocktails!
This vibrant and relaxed all day bar specialises in house-infused spirits and cocktails served with a flourish of fun and a hint of eccentricity; expect treasure chest cocktails with a curl of dry ice and curious cocktail-filled soup cans!
Highlights from the cocktail list include the decadent Milky Way – homemade white chocolate vodka, coupled with their coffee rum, amaretto and organic cream for a debauched finish; the zesty Hot Stuff Baby – homemade citrus infused vodka, blended with carrot juice, egg white and muddled with stem ginger and chilli and a new classic The Barsmith – rum infused with ginger and honey, with a little lychee and lime juice, peppered with mint leaves and perfected with ginger beer.
To soak it all up the kitchen will be offering a selection of Italian influenced small plates and authentic thin crust pizzas topped with Neapolitan tomatoes, Buffalo mozzarella and a variety of fresh toppings, whilst cured meats and cheeses will be available from the deli counter.
Barsmith will also play host to musicians on a weekly basis, with live acoustic singers performing on Thursdays 7-10pm and a DJ every Friday from 7pm-1am.
