What.../ Following the success of Berber & Q Grill House, Josh Katz & Mattia Bianchi have opened their second restaurant, Berber & Q Shawarma Bar. The new restaurant specialises in shawarma, slow-cooked on a rotating spit over hot coals alongside Middle Eastern cocktails.
